This year marks 50 years of Tomkin supporting Australia’s hospitality and retail industries. To celebrate, we’re hosting a special 4-day showroom event from 8 to 11 September 2025 at our Alexandria NSW location. This milestone is not just a reflection on our history but a celebration of the future, innovation, and the strong community that has grown with us.
We're excited to welcome HEARTHE to our showroom event, where their team will be serving a curated selection of handcrafted bakery items each day. Founded by renowned pastry chef Christopher Thé, the Stanmore-based bakery brings creativity, flavour, and a thoughtful approach to everything they make - adding a deliciously memorable touch to the week’s celebrations.
About HEARTHE
Founded by Christopher Thé - renowned for creating the iconic Strawberry Watermelon Cake at Black Star Pastry, HEARTHE is an artisan cake shop and café located in Sydney’s Inner West. The name HEARTHE is a blend of ‘Heart,’ ‘Art,’ ‘Earth,’ and Thé’s surname, representing the brand’s commitment to cooking from the heart and celebrating Australian ingredients.
HEARTHE’s menu features a thoughtful range of sweet and savoury items inspired by native Australian produce and crafted to suit the local climate. Their creative approach and focus on sustainability have made them a standout in Sydney’s vibrant food scene.
