This month, Tomkin proudly marks half a century of supporting Australia’s vibrant hospitality community. From humble beginnings in Sydney in 1975, our journey has taken us from a local warehousing operation to becoming one of the country’s most trusted distributors of hospitality essentials.
For 50 years, Tomkin has had a seat at the table with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens nationwide - partnering with chefs, procurement teams, and operators to bring world-class products into the heart of food service.
What started with a small range of cutlery has grown into a portfolio of more than 8,000 products across dinnerware, cookware, glassware, barware, and more. Over the decades, we’ve proudly distributed iconic brands such as Tablekraft, Chef Inox, Stanley Rogers, Bonna, Duralex, Royal Porcelain, RCR, Bormioli Rocco, and many others that have shaped dining experiences across Australia.

New product releases – including Bonna dinnerware, Brew coffee serviceware, D-Still polycarbonate drinkware and buffet solutions designed for today’s food service needs.
A celebration event – at Cruise Bar in Sydney, where industry icons and partners will come together to honour the past and look ahead to the future.
Showroom showcase – an invitation to explore our Alexandria showroom across four days, where 50 years of expertise meet the future of hospitality solutions.
