    DLC (DIAMOND-LIKE COATING)

    Diamond-Like Carbon coating increases the surface hardness from 58 to a unique 104 on the Rockwell scale. Extremely resistant to heat, Wusthof is the first knife manufacturer in the world to use this technology on a fully forged knife with a bolster.

    FORGED HANDLE

    Crafted using a single piece of steel, Forged handles offer stability and durability. Using thermal treatment, each piece is heated to extreme temperatures and then cooled to subzero temperatures to ensure quality and long-lasting use.
